The above Scripture is amazing to me because it shows the humanity of Jesus. Even He needed rest. And if He did, so do we!

Because of this, I want to encourage you today to make time for rest. Just be still, quiet your heart, rest your mind and sit in God’s presence. I believe He’s ready and waiting to spend time with you as you make time for Him.
