Will You Do It Afraid?
Do you have big dreams, long to make a difference for the Kingdom, but find yourself holding back because you think you’re too regular, your life too ordinary, or your abilities too small? I have good news for you - God has only ever used ordinary people to do extraordinary things. He takes what the world considers a “nobody” and turns them into a “somebody.” And their part was simply to say “yes,” to give God their willing heart and open hands in spite of any fear or doubt they were wrestling with. God is bigger than your circumstances and mightier than your own skills or talents. You don’t have to be supremely qualified, come from someplace grand, or be from a certain kind of family or background. You don’t even have to be fearless. You just have to be you, to be willing to do it afraid, and have a heart to go with God wherever he takes you. This episode will empower you to overcome the fear, self doubt, and “scarcity mentality” that can so easily hold us back, and to say “yes” to God trusting that he will provide all you need to step into the future he has planned just for you.
Are You Willing?
Are you able? That doesn't matter, because God is more than able. The real question is: are you willing? You supply the willing heart, and God will supply everything else. God is not calling us to wishful thinking; he is calling us to truthful thinking. The truth is God is in the miracle business and he can use you in miraculous, unexpected ways to show his light and goodness to the world—whether that’s across the globe, across the street, or across the hall in your own home, school, or office.
