Who Changed Your Life?
Do you remember who first introduced you to Jesus? The person who changed the course of your life by telling you about the One who changed the course of theirs? Oftentimes, we make evangelism way more complicated than we need to. It can be as simple as knowing Jesus and noticing people around us. People we encounter everyday - at work, at school, at the grocery store - are just waiting to be seen. People are waiting to be shown love and kindness and be told someone cares. Go Where He Leads
The Bible tells the story of Jesus traveling out of his way to Samaria—a place he might not be expected to go—to encounter a woman that he might not be expected to meet (John 4). That single encounter was part of God’s good plan for a great revival throughout that entire region.
We may not know exactly how God will use us. But we can be ready and willing to go wherever he leads—even if it’s out of our way. He may take us to places we may not normally go to meet people we might not normally meet—so we can impact them in ways we may not normally expect!
